COOKIE POLICY AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES USED ON OUR WEBSITE

Please be informed that during your first visit to Our website, you will be asked to make a choice regarding how and to what extent we will use cookies and similar technologies on your device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.).

Cookies are IT data, specifically text files, which are stored on the end user's device, including portals and websites or applications.

The publisher's website may place a cookie in the browser if the browser allows it. Importantly, the browser only allows the website access to cookies placed by that website, not those placed by other websites. Cookies are not harmful to users or their devices and do not adversely affect their performance. They also do not cause changes in configurations on end devices or software installed on those devices.

Cookies contain the domain name of the website from which they come, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique name. Cookies store information that is often essential for the website’s proper functioning. A cookie may store a unique number identifying the user’s device, but based on that number, the user’s identity is not established. However, a cookie should be considered personal data if other circumstances, such as time, place of storage, or its content, very likely allow identification of the person concerned.

Please note that you can change your selection made during your first visit to Our website at any time, including withdrawing consent for the installation of cookies and similar technologies or expressing your objection to the processing of your personal data. This can be done by independently changing the settings of your browser. The most popular browsers provide, among other things, the ability to:
• accept the handling of cookies, which allows the user to fully utilize the options offered by websites;
• manage cookies at the level of individual, selected websites by the user;
• specify settings for different types of cookies, such as accepting persistent cookies as session cookies, etc.;
• block or delete cookies.

Failure to make changes means that the aforementioned information may be placed and stored on the end device within the limits specified by you during your first selection.

However, we inform you that restrictions or exclusions on the use of cookies and other similar technologies may affect some functionalities available on our services.

The entity placing information in the form of cookies (so-called cookies) and other similar technologies on the end device (e.g., computer, laptop, smartphone, Smart TV) and accessing them is LAMBERT TRAVEL GROUP LLC, ul. • functional - enabling the "remembering" of user-selected settings and personalizing the user interface, e.g., regarding the selected language or region, from which the user originates, font size, appearance of the website and applications, etc. The purpose of these cookies is to allow users to use our site in a way that is better suited to their personal preferences based on their previous visits and selected settings. If the user does not consent to the use of these cookies, some features of the site may not work properly. These cookies may also allow the collection of information on how websites and applications are used, helping us understand how our websites are utilized or assist us in tailoring our websites; these cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources on our site, enabling us to measure and improve its performance. They help us understand which pages are most and least popular, as well as understand how visitors move around our website. Other technologies

To ensure convenience in using our services, we use Local Storage (LS) technology, which operates similarly to cookies but has somewhat different properties. LS is a dedicated part of the browser’s memory, serving to store data saved by services. Only the website operating in the same domain from which the data was saved can access it; however, unlike cookies, they are not sent by the browser with each request to the server. Data in LS is stored permanently by the browser and is not deleted after closing the browser or does not have a specified expiration time. We emphasize that we do not use this technology for "tracking" or identifying users, but solely for convenience and for providing the highest level of service. We use LS technology, for example, to remember settings, preserve radio configurations, or recall data on recommended entries.
